These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of neonfunparty, including the neonfunparty website, games, features and related content (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Important: neonfunparty is a free-to-play social casino created solely for entertainment. neonfunparty does not offer real-money gambling. Gameplay uses virtual tokens only. Virtual tokens have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for cash, goods, services or real-world prizes.

1. About neonfunparty

neonfunparty provides an entertainment experience inspired by social casino-style games and Norse mythology. The Service is designed for recreational use by adults and does not provide an opportunity to gamble with real money or to win anything of real-world value.

References in these Terms to “neonfunparty”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the operator of the neonfunparty Service. References to “you” or “your” refer to any visitor or user of the Service.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using neonfunparty, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of neonfunparty complies with the laws and rules that apply to you in your location.

3. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling

neonfunparty is a social casino experience for entertainment purposes only. No real-money stakes are accepted and no cash or real-world prizes are awarded.

Nothing displayed in the Service should be interpreted as an offer to participate in real-money gambling. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash balances, jackpots payable in money or mechanisms for converting gameplay results into anything of real-world value.

Success, results or achievements in neonfunparty do not predict, represent or imply future success in real-money gambling.

4. Eligibility and 18+ requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use neonfunparty. If the laws applicable in your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age for access to this type of entertainment, that higher age requirement applies.

By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and that your use of neonfunparty is lawful where you are located. You must not use the Service where such use is prohibited.

5. Virtual tokens

neonfunparty uses virtual tokens solely to enable gameplay and display progress within the Service. These tokens are fictional digital units used for entertainment purposes.

Virtual tokens:

• have no monetary or cash value;
• are not a currency, cryptocurrency, stored-value product or financial instrument;
• cannot be purchased for real money;
• cannot be sold or transferred to another person;
• cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or any other item of value;
• cannot be withdrawn, cashed out or redeemed for real-world prizes; and
• exist only as part of the neonfunparty entertainment experience.

A displayed token balance does not represent money owed to you and does not create any property, payment or redemption right.

6. Free token refills

If a gameplay feature allows virtual tokens to be replenished or reset, such replenishment is provided free of charge. Token refills do not create monetary value and remain subject to all restrictions in these Terms.

We may change starting balances, spin costs, virtual payouts, refill mechanics or other gameplay parameters as part of balancing, maintaining or improving the Service.

7. No purchases or financial transactions

neonfunparty currently contains no purchases required for gameplay. We do not accept deposits for the games and do not provide withdrawals or cash-out functionality.

You should never send money to any person claiming that payment is required to unlock neonfunparty winnings, token balances or prizes. neonfunparty does not award real-world winnings or prizes.

8. Gameplay and random outcomes

Game outcomes may use randomized or simulated randomized mechanics to create an entertainment experience. Virtual wins and losses affect only virtual gameplay values within neonfunparty.

Game rules, virtual payout values, token costs and other mechanics may be displayed within the relevant game interface. We may adjust these mechanics from time to time for technical, balancing or entertainment purposes.

9. Responsible play

neonfunparty is intended to be a recreational activity. You should take regular breaks and avoid allowing gameplay to interfere with work, study, relationships, sleep or other responsibilities.

Because neonfunparty does not involve real-money wagering, virtual wins should never be treated as evidence that you would achieve similar results in gambling involving real money.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use neonfunparty only for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment. You must not use the Service in a way that damages, disables, overloads or interferes with the Service or another user's access to it.

11. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• use bots, automated scripts or other automated systems to interact with gameplay;
• attempt to manipulate virtual token balances, outcomes or game mechanics;
• exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behavior;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, systems, code or data;
• introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive material;
• circumvent security or access-control measures;
• reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, reproduce or commercially exploit neonfunparty content without permission;
• misrepresent neonfunparty virtual tokens as having monetary value; or
• use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.

12. Accounts and access

neonfunparty may currently make some or all gameplay available without a registered user account. If account functionality is introduced in the future, additional account-specific rules may apply and will be communicated where appropriate.

We may restrict access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, our rights or compliance with applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the neonfunparty name, branding, interface, original artwork, graphics, game presentation, text, software, code and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of neonfunparty and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you. You may use the Service for personal entertainment but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate permission.

14. Third-party services and links

neonfunparty may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party technical services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent third-party services.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of that website or its products or services.

15. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep neonfunparty available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We may update, redesign, add, remove, suspend or modify games, features, virtual token mechanics or other parts of the Service. Because virtual tokens have no monetary value, changes to virtual balances or gameplay mechanics do not create a right to monetary compensation.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neonfunparty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, neonfunparty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, attempted to compromise the Service, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where restriction is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance.

You may stop using neonfunparty at any time.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to neonfunparty, legal requirements, security practices or operational needs. When the Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of neonfunparty after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

24. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices expressly referenced in them, constitute the terms governing your use of neonfunparty, subject always to rights and obligations imposed by applicable law.
